Unfortunately for Seattle, they will come into this prime-time game banged up from their loss to the Rams last week. QB Geno Smith is expected to play but is carrying a wrist injury, while RB Kenneth Walker lll has been ruled out.
With San Francisco’s offence firing since the bye and their defence even more savage since the addition of Chase Young, I don’t give Seattle a shot in this game at all and believe that the 6.5-point line is way too short and the 49ers will cover easily.
Broc Purdy continued his quest to silence the doubters with a perfect passer rating against the Bucs and he is set up for another big game against the Seahawks who have a below-average pass defence. Purdy’s connection with tight end George Kittle has blossomed so the 51.5-yard receiving total won’t be a problem to go Over.
I also expect Purdy to find the endzone in the air, throwing for 2 or more TDs in the match.
